Course options include high-quality offerings open to the public and private ones requiring membership. All courses are open year-round as the area’s climate allows golf to be enjoyed throughout the year.

Here are the courses located closest to Riverchase Estates, both public and private.

Carolina Lakes Golf Club in Indian Land is the closest course to Riverchase Estates and is a scenic course with five sets of tees in addition to a family tee.

Springs Golf courses include Lancaster Golf Club, Chester Golf Club, Springfield Golf Club, and Fort Mill Golf Club. These courses offer challenging tees and holes for accomplished golfers, in addition to tees that are more manageable for those not as seasoned.

Fort Mill Golf Club is a classic. Here you will find a Donald Ross designed front nine, and a back nine designed by George Cobb. Both are beautiful tracts, designed by legends of golf design, and walkable. Springfield Golf Club is the most modern of these courses and is another high-quality tract. Less formal and just plain fun are the courses at Lancaster Golf Club and Chester Golf Club. The Lancaster Golf Club also includes a front nine designed by Donald Ross in 1939.

Other notable courses open to the public include Waterford Golf Club in Rock Hill, Edgewater Golf Club in Lancaster, and Tega Cay Golf Club located on the shores of Lake Wylie in Fort Mill.
